INCENTIVES

As a participating member with HOLANewMexico.com, you are eligible to receive a variety of incentive when you use us to buy and or sell a home. Please look below for information.

 

PLANS

Upon a successful closing with your HOLANewMexico.com team, you will be entitled to receive 1 or more of the below incentives! Incentives work within a 5 Tier option incentive program. You get to choose what works best for you.

 

• Option 1: X amount for Utilities
• Option 2: X amount for Gas (gas card to your favorite gas station)
• Option 3: X amount for Baillios (local electronics and appliances)
• Option 4: X amount for Lowes Gift card
• Option 5: X Mix and match any two not to exceed X amount.

X reflects the amount you'll receive depending on the Tier rewards below.

 

• Use the below amounts to fill in the X amount above.

$100,000 - $250,000 = $500

$251,000 - $500,000 = $700

$501,000 and above = $1000

$100,000 - $250,000 = $1000

$251,000 - $500,000 = $1400

$501,000 and above = $2000

 

 

• EXAMPLE: if John Doe buys a home for $175,000, he would be given $500 to use towards our our incentive plan. (i.e. X=$500). If John Doe decides to use Option 5 of the incentive plan he can divide the $500 into 2 incentives in the amount he wishes.

 

The above incentives can increase depending on any agreements previously set forth by HOLANewMexico.com and your Company. Your incentive will never be lower than the plan set for above.
