HOLANewMexico.com is a Real Estate website designed to cooperate with local New Mexico businesses. To recieve the incentives we provide you must sign a BUYERS BROKER agreement prior to purchasing a property. This agreement will state that you will use us exclusively during your real estate transaction.

When selling a property you will also be bound to a minimum time requirement contract. This will provide us with enough time to market and sell your property.

 

HOLANewMexico.com does require each employee to prove employment. Employment can be proved by a pay stub or letter from employer. Employers must have a written agreement for its employees to be eligible. Participation is FREE to employers and can be done by contacting us using the contact form on this website or calling us personally.

 

HOLANewMexico.com will provide incentives within seven days after funding date of the real estate transaction funding date. If more time is needed, we will advise you of such. Incentives can not be redeemed for cash value.

 

Referral Program only available for friends and family of employees of participating business'. Proof of employment may be required. 50% of employee incentive program will be given within seven days of the real estate transaction funding date. This will not affect employee from receiving full incentives during there personal real estate transactions.

 

In some cases, participating business may opt to add additional incentives to our program. If this is the case, your employer will be responsible for providing such. HOLANewMexico.com will not be responsible for providing any employer base incentive program unless previously agreed to prior to contract.

 

HOLANewMexico.com does not sell or give you information away to any third party vender. Please do not include personal information on any online form as security can not be warranted. We will use the information you provide to contact you for Real Estate services. If at any time you choose not to be contacted, you will be required to contact us.
