FIRST TIME HOME BUYER CLASS

Once a month we will hold a first time home buyer class. We teach the steps needed to properly get into a home. This includes preparations, getting pre-approved for a mortgage, home prices and market trends, and closing/title work.

Please contact us to reserve your seat as seating is limited. Drinks and snacks will provided and we usually begin on weekday evenings.
